As Emin Mekatronik, we operate in the machine and mold manufacturing sector. We specialize in sheet metal processing machines, production line design and manufacturing, and mold production, primarily serving industries such as home appliances, automotive, and medical, among others.
We design and manufacture machines tailored to the needs of both domestic manufacturers and multinational companies. These needs may sometimes involve industry-standard machines, but are more often custom machines designed specifically for the customer’s production processes. We provide fully automatic, semi-automatic, inline, and standalone systems, all custom-designed and manufactured according to the production requirements of our clients.
The machines we produce perform various operations on sheet metal parts processed through molds (such as drawn, cut, or bent parts), including trimming (removal of excess material), straightening, edge forming, flanging, rolling, beading, punching, and folding. Our processes are applicable to round and non-round parts, pressed and deep-drawn parts, with material thicknesses of up to 8mm and lengths of up to 2000 mm.
